MG series simple dry mortar production line is designed based on the traditional mixer, and added a material conveying system, an automatic packaging machine. The well-mixed materials will go into the mixer by material conveying pipe, then will be packed into bags by automatic packing machine after mixed, and the mixer can be feeded consecutively and work continuously in flow line production, and the equipment is not over 3 meters high, thus solving the problem of heightening the workshop. Moreover, it can realize automatic metering and packaging,hence, it may not only save the time and energies but also may be more accurate. It requires little investment, but it may load,weight and package the materials automatically; no wondering, it is a simple but practical production line,especially for the starter.Compared with the standard simple dry mortar production line,this design reduces the silo and second screw conveyor machine,then its cost is even lower than the standard design,it is the most high cost-effective design,and it can work effectively and save more cost for customer.

Screw Conveyor with Feeding Hopper and Spiral Ribbon Mixer..
The screw conveyor is Φ165X3500mm, feeding material into the mixer. Through rotating shaft at high speed, the outer and inner screw ribbon blades can turn over the material in maximum, inner screw ribbon blade forced the material to sides ,outer screw ribbon blade forced sides material to inward, mixing the materials back and forth. In the same time,some material driven by screw ribbon do the radial motion,To achieve uniform mixing effect in relatively short time.The mixing time:10-15 min/batch.
