Equipment Introduction
The machine adopts the weighing type quantitative filling principle, monitors the current filling volume and feeds it back to the controller, and the controller outputs fast, medium and slow filling control signals according to the set data. Enables fast and accurate filling of larger filling sizes. PLC control, English touch screen operation, only need to input the weight parameters, the system automatically calculates the fast addition value and the slow addition value. Double-head filling, no drip, no splash, anti-corrosion, is an ideal filling equipment for toxic, corrosive, volatile liquids such as pesticides, veterinary drugs, oils and viscous materials.
Working Process
Put the container on the weighing platform → lift the cylinder to work, the filling head dives into the bottle → start the fast feed → reach the quick feed weight, start the middle feed → reach the medium feed weight, start the slow feed → reach the slow feed weight → fill At the end of the installation, the lift cylinder rises
