Pasteurize Heating and Freezing Combined Gelato Ice Cream Machine
This is a machine that combines heating and freezing to commercially produce the best ice cream, ice cream, smoothies or other frozen desserts. The 2-in-1 structure is used to mix ingredients and pasteurization in the upper horizontal cylinder, while freezing and producing ice cream / ice cream in the bottom cylinder at the same time.
Self-pasteurizing:
Auto heating, with 11 to 13 minutes to accomplish pasteurizing when heating to 85°C
Food Grade cylinders
Food Grade 304 stainless steel, No dead ends, prevent bacterial growth.
Used to heat and auto pasteurize the mixer. The cylinder is integrally formed, quickly freeze.
Bottom cylinder
Freezing and producing ice cream after pasteurizing accomplished.
Electrical
A dedicated electrical connection is required. 220V/50Hz standard, you need to check local wire and socket the support of 220V 50Hz or 60Hz.
Safety Protection
Shut down for self-protection when the motor or compressor is overloaded or overheated due to power surge or abnormal power supply voltage.
