1. homogenizer is designed by Shanghai Light Industry adopting Japanese MIZUHO Technology.
2. complete accordance with GMP standard(Made of stainless steel , the tank body and pipe are carried out mirror polishing to 300U-500U .
3. parts which contact materials are made of SU316L stainless steel.
4. bearing of the whole machine adopts Japan NKS products
5. provide with Taiwan’s Frequency converter, this make a reduction of electricity, good protection of itself and stable running operation.
6. long-life homogenizer with continuous 24 hours working time.
7. mechanical seal adopt Germany Bergman sealing .
8. slow speed mixer shaft is combining with mechanical seal and
Framework oil seal ,make seal safer
8. Scraper stirring paddle and resistance flow slurry runs oppositely to make sure full mixing effect.
9. the machine is protected with protection system, make the working safer.
10. provide with bottom buffer in the oil cylinder of the electric oil pressure lifting system
