We are a professional manufacturer mainly focusing on surgical instruments.
2. Can I order 1 or 2 pcs as the same price for the distributors? I am a doctor.
Yes. You can. We can not recognize you at first. But we will recommend you to our distributors who can offer good service for you.
3. What is the delivery time?
1-3 days if goods are in stock, 10-15days for special request on package, 15-30days for big orders or special request on products.
4. Can you print our logo on the products?
Yes, it's free of charge and we need your legal authorization. We also provide OEM service.
5. What's your warranty and after service policy?
Firstly, we can send you the new goods for free if any product damaged the time you get them. But the delivery cost will be paid by your side. Or we can send it to you together with next order. We pay all the cost if the quality problem totally caused by our side.
Secondly,we annually attend medical fairs at Germany, Dubai, Turkey, the United States, China, etc. You can bring the damaged goods to us at our booth, we will repair it for you or exchange a new one for you.
6. What kind of payment do you support?
