Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It depends on your order item and quantity. For stock item, we can offer immediately. For production item, it is about 45-60 days accordingly.
And it also depends on the final order quantity. We are able to shorten the production time and delivery for urgent bulk order.

A:We have doing several brands. One is Benro, which is a leading role in photographic industry for about 24 years. One is Tenba, a US brand since 1977 which is owned by our partner. One is Caseman for outdoor photographic accessories. Except photographic accessories, we also entered into luggage business since 2013. Tenba luggage case is our premium quality, Benro luggage case is of middle to high level range and Caseman luggage is mainly focused on low end market.
Q: Do you provide samples ?
A: For our available item, we are glad to provide samples if we have stock. For OEM, we need to make and the samples as customers' needs.(Usually, Sample fee should be paid for our first cooperation, but it is refundable when order placed and qty up to MOQ.)
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T. For bulk order, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping.

A: Yes, customized order is highly welcomed. We have a complete luggage production system which can produce ABS, ABS+PC, PC full-size specifications of boxes and bags from R&D to production
