How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, Our products are produced in the strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less 

than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for a small quantity. For 

defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.

Can you help to ship other factory goods?

Yes. We can help you to ship other factory goods together with our LED lights, we also can test those LED lights for you if you need them, by our spectroradiometer system.
