What is PU Coated Fiberglass fabric?
With the increasing demand for high-temperature textiles in the industrial development of emerging countries, energy conservation and environmental protection have become more and more important. The double-sided PU-coated glass fiber cloth is made of asbestos-free high-quality glass fiber filament yarn and coated with PU resin. PU-coated fiberglass cloth is a fiberglass cloth coated with flame-retardant PU (polyurethane) on one or both sides. The PU coating gives the glass fiber cloth good weave and shape (high stability) and waterproof performance. Jiangnan polyurethane PU coated glass fiber cloth can withstand a continuous working temperature of 260C and a short-time working temperature of 600C. Compared with the basic woven glass fiber cloth, it has many advantages such as good air tightness, fire resistance, abrasion resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, non-irritating to the skin, halogen-free, and many other advantages. Can be used for fire and smoke applications, such as welding blankets, fire blankets, fire curtains, fabric air distribution ducts, fabric duct connectors.
