(1) Particle size and shape
The greater the particle size, the greater the resistance during extrusion of the clay vacuum brick machine. The smoother the mud particle is, the smaller resistance is. So the extrusion of tough materials such as shale, gangue and slag always generate big resistance. However, it is not to say the finer the mud is, the better the effect is. As we all know, the finer the mud material, the smaller the friction between them and it is more easily torn to layers by the speed difference. So the mud material shall be set at a reasonable particle size range.

(2) Water content
The higher the extrusion molding moisture, the softer the clay material, the better the mobility and the smaller the extrusion resistance is. Therefore, the requirements on speed of hard material extrusion is low than that of soft material extrusion.

1. Molding

1)The molding water content rate should be controlled within 16%-18%.
2)The vacuum pump will take out the air that entered into the extruding machine together with pug. The vacuum extruder will extrude the pug from machine mouth and then, carry out slitting & parting according to the required dimension.
2. Drying
1)When the wet adobe bricks cut by cutter and arranged into groups. clay brick machine
2) The drying chamber work system has heating system, regulating system and moisture excluding system. The drying quality is controlled by regulating system.
3. Burning
1)After drying , the wet adobe bricks are sent onto kiln by the dried brick cart,stacking bricks onto the kiln car for burning.
2)Unloading system.The properly burned bricks.

Tunnel kiln in the JKY55 Fully Automatic Vacuum Extruder Clay Mud Soil Earth Brick Machine Sintering Ceramic Brick Production Line                     

The tunnel kiln is usually a long linear form tunnel, its two-sides and coping has  fixed wall and  condole top, an orbit laid at the bottom, which the kiln car is operated.The combustion equipments are located on 

the middle of both sides of the tunnel kiln.The tunnel kiln usually has 4 sections to sintering bricks. Such aspreheating zone,sintering zone,heat preservation zone and national cooling zone. And the high temperaturegases generated by combustion flows along the tunnel to kiln under the function of the front end chimney or the exhaust fans and preheats the wet adobes meanwhile which entering the tunnel kiln.So this section constitutes the preheating zone in tunnel kiln. In the tunnel kioln preheat-er blowing  cold air,after a period of cooling the adobes the cold air being heated flowing through the adobes and then drawn into the dryer as the heat source for drying the green bricks , whick constitutes the cooling zone of tunnel kiln.
