Polypropylene, or PP for short, is a high density, non-side chain, high crystallinity, translucent milky white linear polymer, is one of the lightest of all plastics.
PP is widely used in Drinking water sewage pipe, seal, spraying carrier and corrosion groove, barrels, acid-proof alkali industry, waste water, emissions equipment, washing tower, clean room, semiconductor factory and related industrial equipment and machinery, food machinery and chop plate, electroplating process, etc.

1.This production line adopts single screw extruder equipped with SIEMENS motor and ABB inverter.
2.Special design for die head to ensure the consistent and stable production as well as to achieve to change sizes fast.
3.Reasonable water temperature control to ensure the even roundness and smooth surface.
4.Haul off could match cutter well to achieve fixed-length cut and reduce the tolerance.
5.Accurate winding to guarantee the welding rod winded in alignment.
