The PLC equipped with Siemens brand smart series,together with a remote controller ,easy to operate ,all the needed data can be set on the touchable screen,the programming system is self-developed by our own electrical engineer,which is highly matched with all the functions .
1.Except the basic temperature, vacuum and automatic lifting system, it also include the memory function, fault detection system, Power-off and vacuum-holding function, Vacuum pump maintenance reminder function, tripping function, anti-lighting function. All working status is visible and realize the full automatic.
2. Our machine adopts 5 steps temperature control, Heating time & temperature & vacuum degree could be presented according to the glass thickness and type. Working status could be shown on touch screen. Reduce the vacuum in high temp stage, it makes the lamination glass with clean edges, ensure high product yield.
3. With the memory function, the parameters can be stored and recalled, which is more convenient to use.
4. Our equipment use SCR(silicone controlled rectifier), which can adjust the voltage according to the local voltage standard. All electrical appliances adopt Siemens and durable famous brand. There is also lightning protection function. These keeps the machine more stable performance, longer service life, and save your electricity.
5.There is a cooling fan in control cabinet, With automatic cooling function, ensure the cabinet below 35℃, prolong the service life of electrical appliances.
