Strengthen heat dissipation mode
(1) The reliable working temperature of the driver is usually within 60 ℃, and the working temperature of the motor is within 80 ℃;
(2) When installing the driver, please use vertical side installation to form strong air convection on the radiator surface; If necessary, install a fan near the driver to force heat dissipation, so as to ensure that the driver can work within the reliable working temperature range.
四、Encoder wiring
When the current ICC required by the encoder is less than 50mA, it can be directly powered by hbs86 / hbs86h. At this time, egnd should be connected to the encoder ground, e + 5V should be connected to the encoder VCC, and the encoder a +, a -, B +, B - signals should be connected to the driver EA +, EA -, EB +, EB - ports in turn. When the current ICC required by the encoder is > 50mA, an additional 5V power supply is required. The specific wiring mode is shown in Figure 5. It is necessary to ensure that the encoder and hbs86 are grounded together.
