Machine usage ：
Textile soft calender machine is used for processing cotton and blend( polyester 65% cotton 35%) tubular knitting fabric .After
working by this machine ,The fabric could get stable size , smooth appearance and good hand feeling
Machine features :
1. Imported material of felts for machine good in wear and heat resistance .
2. Stainless steel steam box ,Steam volume is adjustable ,and supply when the machine open not condense water droplets.
3. Machine heat source : steam , electric oil ,Thermal oil .
4. When the fabric go through the heated cylinder through the felt , It is ironed .
5. Felts running with automatic deviation correction device.
6. Variable frequency speed regulation, increase the heat pressure shrinkage and contraction .
7. With coolant system at the fabric exit . Fabric size is stable .
8. With adjustable fabric stretcher .according to the fabric width .
9. Exit model : Mechanical folding ,simple rolling ,Non-stop rolling .
10. Economic model and easy operation ,Small footprint.
11. Dual pass and single pass is optional .

erosion during transportation.
2. A plastic cover to wrap around machine parts to enhance corrosion prevention.
3. Export standard fumigated wood cases are measured and specially made for packing.
4. Steel wire will be used to tighten and strengthen the packages inside container.
5. At seaport, extra strengthen with wire ropes, bandages, wedges ect. to avoid packages leaning or moving during
transportation.
