Simply plug the Red Therapy Light Boot into a AC100-240V outlet and press the power button on. A green indicator light will turn on showing it has a power source, pressing the green power button will turn the RED lights on. Pressing the button again will turn the unit off. The unit is set to run for 20 minutes before shutting off on its own.
