1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. we accept lower quantity for your trial order. 1pcs for sample and 1000pcs for bulk as a trial order.
2.Can I get samples?
Of course. We usually provide an exsting sample for free. If you need more than one sample, It need sample fee.
We also can provide customised samples to you,but it need sample fee. The fee can give back to you when you place order and order qty is above 3000pcs.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, in 2-3 days will be sent out.
If you want your own designs, about 7 days will be ready, subjet to you designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 25-35 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed.
We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. What documents do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in company . So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone card or your sample. So you can just tell us the Pantone number. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7. How do you ship the goods does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by sea.
8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% aganist copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight. We also can do credit insurance order from Alibaba.
