MAGNETIC DISC
Magnetic working disc is applied in this machine. Working together with anti-sticky disc, it can make the abrasive paper replacement much more easier.
WATER COOLING TAP
Water cooling tap is equipped with this machine which can bring away the heat produced during grinding & polishing process and avoid damage to the metallographic structure of specimen
POLISHING HEAD
Semi-automatic polishing head with 50-200 rpm stepless adjustable rotation speed
3-HOLE SPECIMEN HOLDER
3-hole sample holder with 30mm diameter. Other sizes of sample holes are optional against customer demand.
STEPLESS SPEED CHANGING & ROTATION DIRECTION CHANGING
The rotation speed of grinding disc can be adjusted between 100-1000 rpm steplessly. It also has four level constant speed of 300rpm, 500rpm, 600rpm, and 800rpm
