Q1: Could sample be customized?
A: After the size confirmation>providing the template for designing freely> adjusting the material and color.
Q2: Does virtual product has the color difference compared to the actual product?
A: There is a subjective difference between the colors seen by the monitor and the human eye.
The Pantone could be the reference for customer. Let the color of virtual product has over 90% close to the actual color. Also, the actual product will be provided to confirm the color. After the confirmation, it will start the mass production.
Q3: How many actual colors sample could be seen? If there is any limited?
A: After the price and order confirmation, we can provide the color samples according to the order.
Q4: What if not satisfy some parts of the sample…
A: Before the confirmed sample, it could be modified. After the confirmed sample, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Q5: How many days need to take? (Amount around 1000-10000 pairs for example)
A: It takes around 30 days after the order confirmation and payment. According to the different material, it might take longer. (If need to shorten the deadline, suggest choosing the style that used to be in mass production) the new style need to take around 45 days.
Q6: How to know the estimated date of mass production?
A: After the order confirmation, we will inform the estimated date of the mass production. Also, before the mass production, we will confirm again the order and notify. Once the start of the mass production, it cannot be stopped or cancelled.
