Working process
Two steps: Low pressure filtration and high pressure pressing (cake drying).
Under the pressure of the feeding pump, the liquid is pumped into the filter chamber, the solid and liquid in the liquid are separated by the filter medium (filter cloth). After the solid in the filter is formed into a cake, air is introduced into the membrane to fully press the solid in the filter chamber to reduce the moisture content.

It is installed under the plate of filter press. During the filtration process, it is in closed state, which can lead the dripping liquid during the filtration and the cloth washing water to the water collector sideways. When filter press start to the process of cake discharge, the device will automatically open.
The belt conveyor is installed under the plate of filter press, which is used for transporting the discharged cake after the filter plates have been pulled open. This device is suitable for the project which is not convenient to make the base floor. It can delivery the cake to the designated place, which will reduce much labor work.
It is a corollary equipment to the filter press, installed above of the beam with the function of automatic walking. By the valve switch, the water with high pressure (the pressure can reach to 13Mpa) will be used to wash the clothes automatically.
