Our main productions are quilting fabrics, including fabric bolts and precuts like fat quarter and jelly rolls. Our range also including poplin, jersey, cotton lawn, canvas and other fabrics.

3. What shipping method do we support?
1) Fast delivery by FedEx, UPS, DHL or other companies as requested for medium and small quantity.
2) Cheap sea/railway/highway to-door delivery including taxes for bulk order.
4. What payment term do we support?
Available for Paypal, Bank transfer, Alibaba insurance order, 100% in advance as regular. Others negotiable.
5. What is our MOQ?
1) No MOQ for massive on stock fabrics.
2) 10 Meters/Design MOQ for hundreds of own-design patterns.
3) Low MOQ for OEM/ODM custom orders.
6. Can we send samples?
Free sample available, shipping fee is on customer’s side, usually about 50USD.
7. Can we print your designs?
Yes, please provide the original artwork with PDF or AI file, and an instruction picture with ruler to confirm print size.
8. How to place an order?
1) For quilting cotton
1. Buyer collect the codes or pictures of the prefered fabrics and send with quantity for each to F&A.
2. Buyer send the detailed receiving address with postcode to F&A.
3. F&A confirm total cost with delivery time for buyer's approval.
4. F&A provides order sheet and invoice for buyer to confirm the order details and make the payment.
5. F&A produce and send the fabrics as buyers requests
6. F&A waiting for buyer's feedback.
2) For other fabrics
1. Buyer send the fabric type with Width, Weight(GSM) and Quantity per Color/Print to F&A if the needs is clear.
If not sure, buyer send the type with usage(example: lawn for clothes) for F&A to recommend the suitable fabrics.
2. F&A quote for the fabrics with prices and shipping cost for buyer's approval.
3. F&A send the sample order sheets and invoice for buyer to confirm and pay the shipping cost.
4. F&A send the samples for buyer to confirm the fabric type for bulk order.
5. Buyer confirm the samples and send the order requests.
6. F&A make the order sheet and invoice for buyer to confirm and make the payment.
7. F&A send the fabrics and waiting for buyer's feedback.
