1.Cooling principle: water evaporation absorbs heat. According to this principle, when water flows down from the upper part of wet curtain under the action of gravity, a water film will form on the surface of corrugated fiber material. When the flowing air passes through the wet curtain, the water in the water film will absorb the heat in the air and then evaporate, so as to take away a large amount of latent heat and reduce the temperature of the air passing through the wet curtain, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling, refrigeration and humidification.
2. Cooling condition effect: the cooling effect of evaporative fan depends on the evaporation of water. The greater the evaporation, the greater the cooling range. There are three main factors for large evaporation: relative humidity of air, ambient temperature and air flow velocity of water surface area.
1) The smaller the relative humidity is, the greater the evaporation is. On the contrary, the higher the relative humidity is, the less the evaporation is.
2) The higher the ambient temperature is, the greater the evaporation is, and the lower the ambient temperature is.
3) The faster the velocity of air flow on the water surface, the greater the evaporation, and the slower the velocity of air flow, the smaller the evaporation. (According to different climate conditions, the temperature difference of air supply can reach 5-15 ℃)
