Owing to different customer have different needs, material, moisture, output, so we will design suitable production line for each customer, but i can explain roughly production line, for example we use charcoal as raw material.
1). Make your material become charcoal by carbonizing.
2). Crush charcoal into powder less than 1 mm.
3). Owing to charcoal have no stickiness, so need add some binder into it and mix.
4). Use bamboo pressing charcoal machine to moulding briquette into different shapes and sizes.
5). The last but not least is make final briquette dry, then it will become very hardness.
