Blank manufacturing | 1） Nodular graphite cast iron (QT500): ① After the casting is completed, the whole annealing process is adopted, Shot peening to remove the casting impurities; and then, put it in the open air, the natural aging time is longer than 6 months, in order to completely eliminate the casting internal stress . ② No pores, trachoma, cold laps, cracks and other defects. 2） Low alloy steel（Q345B）: ① The whole annealing process is adopted, Shot peening to remove the welding impurities. ② There are no defects such as blowhole, leakage welding, cold crack, welding and so on. |

A: （1）Look at the appearance: surface roughness, defects, wall thickness, cast iron tooling platform also have to see whether there are casting holes and sand holes and repair welding traces and so on;
（2）Volume size: THREE-DIMENSIONAL size (length, width and height), surface finish (≤1.6)/size tolerance (verticality ≤0.05mm, parallelism ≤0.05mm, flatness ≤0.1mm/m2, aperture tolerance D7, hole distance tolerance ≤0.05mm), etc.
（3）Material report, can provide material report (Q345 steel, HT300 cast iron, SUS304 stainless steel, etc.) and know welding, heat treatment and other processes;

（2）3d platform panel thickness is insufficient, uneven thickness; The back stiffeners are few and thin, rough and unclean .
（3）The surface wear resistance is poor, a large number of casting pores and trachoma, the surface is easy to oxidation corrosion(even if the repair welding, will see obvious traces of different colors)
（4）Perhaps in order to reduce the cost of heat treatment and aging, deformation and easy to fracture; Machining accuracy is not guaranteed, flatness, verticality, hole spacing, etc
（5）Non-working face did not do shot blasting sand cleaning, and only do a simple spray, the paint is easy to fall off.
