Installation WARNING
(1) The “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Automatic Scanning and Positioning Sprinkler Systems” must be strictly implemented.
(2) The fire extinguishing device and related components shall be installed after the pipeline is installed and flushed and tested. Before installation, it shall be properly kept and appropriate dust, moisture and corrosion prevention measures shall be taken.
(3) There should be no obstacles in the scope of protection to cover the detection, positioning and spraying of the fire extinguishing device.
(4) The fire extinguishing device itself has a certain weight. When installing, it is necessary to consider the bearing capacity of the installation point pipe network and ensure that there is no sloshing when the fire cannon is sprayed, to ensure the injection accuracy, and to strengthen the pipe network bracket if necessary.
(5) Pull gently when installing to prevent impact.
(6) When installing the upper flange of the fire extinguishing device, the end face of the flange is kept horizontal to ensure that the main body of the fire extinguishing device is vertically downward.
(7) The detection component of the fire extinguishing device should be kept clean. Do not directly wipe the light receiving surface of the detecting component by hand.
(8) Be careful not to hit the control components and detection components of the fire-fighting device during installation to avoid breakage of the sensor. The water outlet and sensor slit of the device cannot be plugged.
(9) When the wall is installed, the limit position is marked on the wall surface, and the distance between the fire extinguishing device and the wall surface is ≥400mm.
(10) Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned to prevent debris from clogging the solenoid valve.
(11) After the fire extinguishing device and its components are installed, pay attention to waterproof, dustproof and anti-collision.
