You can use your account to deliver the goods. If not, you can pay the fee to us, we could help to delivery the goods and let you receipt in 5-7 working days.

Q3.How long is sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it will take 5-7 days, depending on whether your design needs a new printed screen, etc.

Q4.How long is the production preparing time?

The minimum order quantity takes 10-15 days. We have great production capacity, even if it is mass production, we can ensure fast delivery.

Q5.If I want my own design, what format do you require?

We have our own designers. Therefore, you can provide JPG, Al, CDR or PDF, etc. We will provide raw 3D drawings for molds or printing screens according to the technology for your final confirmation.

Q6.How many colors are there?

We use the Pantone C color book to match colors. So you can tell us the Pantone color code you require. We'll match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
