Tips: The fork style , clamp and the wheels can be changed as you like,if the ready size cannot meet your market, we can customized the height and the deck size.

Recommened tools: Metric Allen Wrench Set and Torque Wrench.

Clamp may be 2, 3 or 4 bolt design.

Clamp A may be pre installed on Handlebar Post and may need to be loosened before assembly.

1.Make sure the front fork C is facing forward as shown.

2.Place Clamp A onto Handlebar Post B so that Clamp is even with bottom of Handlebar post (View 1) and Slot D is facing the REAR.

3.Slide Handlebar and Clamp onto Threaded steering Tube until they sit against Head Set Nut E (View 2).

4.Tighten Clamp Screws F evenly and securely so that the Handlebar do not move.

Q1. What's the lead time ?

    Normally, it will take 35 days to finish the custom order, for the RTS product, we'll ship out within 10 days.

Q 2. What's the payment terms and way ?

    We accept T/T , L/C and western union payment. The terms is 30% deposit , the balance pay against the BL copy. 

Q 3. Can you supply samples ?

    Yes, we charge the sampling fees by cost, and the freight charge will be on your account.Once you place the formal order more than usd5000.00, we'll return the charge . (1% ratio limited according to the total amount)

Q 4. May I place customized order ?

    Yes, we accept DIY size for the deck and handlebar , you can choose the different wheels also.
