Pure tris(2-chloroethyl phosphate( TCEP) is a colorless or light yellow transparent oily liquid, with mild cream odor. Refractive index (n20D) 1.4731, boiling point 194degree, flash point 225 degree, freezing point -64 degree, decomposition temperature 240-280 degree, viscosity 38-47 cps (20 degree), phosphorus content of 10.8%, chlorine content of 37.3%.
This product can dissolve in organic solvent like alcohols, ketone, arene, chloroform and so on, but not aliphatic hydrocarbons, and it is practically insoluble in water ,having good hydrolytic stability and has a little of decomposition in alkaline solution,no corrosion.
