Bipolar Plasma cutting was performed with saline to resolve the possible occurrence of water intoxication (TURP syndrome) in traditional transurethral resection.

Low-temp procedure avoid thermal damage to Erectile nerve. The current do not flow through human body or hands, which protects the patient and the doctor. Bipolar technique is used to form a bipolar circuit at the tip of the electrode, which reduces the stimulation of the obturator nerve (without nerve block or muscle relaxant). It can realize the enucleation, and protect of
urethral sphincter.

The surgeon can perform cutting, ablation, coagulation and hemostasis process with one single electrode, which reduce procedure time and the burden for the surgeon.

To prevent thermal damage to capsule, especially in TUR-Bt, it can perform precise ablation and cutting within 100μm.
