Our factory has a Full production line including Gravity Casting Line, Core Shooting Line, Machining Line, CNC Line, Polishing Line and Assembling line.We also have professionak Lead-Free brass production worshop, We can manufacture products up to 3,500,000pcs anually.
5.How is your production management and quality control system?
We follow ISO9001:2015 Quality management system, we have full inspention process during the production, including 100% leakage test, 100% surface finishing inspection, 100% salt spray test and 100% water flower test. If you have very high requirement for the appearance of product, we can have 100% inspection for the appearence defect and make promiss of zero defect rate.
