3.For lighters, is there gas inside of lighters? 

No, based on the rule of  international shipping, gas is not allow to ship, you need to buy butane gas at local.

4.How long can I get my goods from order date?

For stocked items, shipped by express, usually take 3-10days, depend on seasons. differ from busy and  off season.

For custom order, lead time around 15-30days. And ship by express, 3-10days as mentioned. 10-20days by air, and 25-30days by sea.

5.Can you do DDP or CIF?

It depends,some countries have no service for DDP or CIF.
