This machine adopts AC drive with subdivided current loop to control low energy consumption, and adopts servo motor for full numerical control system control, and the parameter setting is easy. The servo motor drives the main shaft to rotate and drive the main shaft to feed according to the setting; the speed adjustment is convenient and suitable for the processing of various parts. The castings of the whole machine are made of high-strength wear-resistant cast iron, which is durable and extremely low in deformation after aging treatment. Imported alloy steel is used for important processing parts, and high-quality chrome steel and carbon steel are scientifically heat treated. It is equipped with a nozzle cooling system, so the whole machine works stably and has high precision.
