1.What is PRP

Platelet-rich plasma short as PRP, which is produced from a person's own blood. PRP is a concentrate of platelet-rich plasma protein derived from whole blood. 

Platelets is a type of blood cell that plays an important role in healing throughout the body which is well-known for their clotting abilities. PRP also contains growth factors that can trigger cell reproduction and stimulate tissue regeneration or healing in the treated area. Platelet-rich plasma is simply blood that contains more platelets than normal.

2.How to get PRP?

Clinicians take a blood sample from the patient and place it into a centrifuge that rapidly spins the sample, separating out the other components of the blood from the platelets and concentrating them within the plasma.

To create PRP, the patient's own blood is drawn and then separated into platelet-rich and platelet-poor components. The separation is done with a centrifuge and a test tube.
