Three-in-one dehumidifying dryer is newly developed product to meet requirement of plastic injection industry. It adopts multi-stage honeycomb rotor and all stainless steel double layer down blown insulation hopper, integrated compact design with function of dehumidifying, drying and loading. It is widely applied to engineering plastic injection industry to replace traditional hot air dryer because of its many advantages such as fast and easy feeding, compact structure , sturdy and durable
Main features
1. Remove moisture from plastic materials to eliminate bubble, this enables to produce idea products with qualified mechanical capacity, electrical performance, dimension stability and good exterior.
2. Avoid producing defective products and economical losses caused by returned goods, reducing waste on raw materials
3. The dehumidification process conducted by extreme dry air, it shortens feeding time and saves labor hour.
4. Air lines of the dehumidifying dryer are closed circulation system, and equipped with filter. So it does not subject to outside influences, and prevents indoor pollution from dust, improves working conditions.
