JH PCBA has 4 fully independent surface mount assembly lines with automatic machines like YAMAHA assembly machines, providing a theoretical capability in excess of 20,000 placements per hour. Lead time of PCB assembly prototype will be offered as rapidly as 24 hours.
Kitted: You provide all the parts including the bare printed circuit boards and electronic components, we assemble your boards using our state of the art automated equipment.
Partially Kitted: You provide the hard-to-find parts, the “custom” parts, the parts you have in inventory, whatever parts you have! We help procure the rest of the components, manufacturing PCBs, whatever you don’t provide, then assemble these circuit boards for you.
Full Turn-Key: We manage the entire process from manufacturing the bare printed circuit boards, procuring all parts through assembly and testing as your application requires.

Q3. What is needed for quotation?
Gerber file and Technic requirements (material, surface finish treatment, copper thickness, board thickness, and so on.)
Q4. What file formats do you accept for production?
Gerber Files+BOM File+Centroid File(other names maybe: aka Insertion, Pick-N-Place, or XY Data)
Gerber Files: including files: copper (track), soldermask, silkscreen, solder paste, drill, outline files
Q5. Do you assemble BGA? Any special requirement on this?
Yes, we have the ability to handle BGA of 0.25mm pitch with X-ray testing. For BGAs, there are two designs with via on pad and via near pad connected by shorter trace. We need to tent and fill any vias near pad of the BGAs with solder mask to ensure the soldering quality. But for vias on pad, we need to fill via with resin to make sure good soldering quality.
Q6. How long does it take for PCBA quote?
Normally 24 hours to 48 hours as soon as receive internal engineer evaluate confirmation.
Q7. MOQ?
There is no MOQ in Jinhua Technology. We can offer prototype, expedite prototype, small& medium amount, big amount pcba service.
