Color Coated Rolls
Color Coated Rolls uses a roller as the carrier of the paint. The paint forms a wet film of a certain thickness on the surface of the roller, and then the roller contacts the object to be coated during the rotation process to coat the coating on the surface of the object. Roller coating is suitable for flat coated objects, and is widely used in the coating of metal plates, plywood, cloth and paper, and is especially suitable for coating metal coils.

PPGI

The hot-dip metallic coating process is also used to manufacture steel sheet and coil with coatings of aluminum, or alloy coatings of zinc/aluminum, zinc/iron and zinc/aluminum/magnesium which may also be factory pre-painted. While GI may sometimes be used as a collective term for various hot dip metallic coated steels, it more precisely refers only to zinc coated steel.
