4J36 is a special low-expansion iron-nickel alloy with ultra-low expansion coefficient. The control of carbon and manganese is very important. Cold deformation can reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion, and heat treatment can stabilize the thermal expansion coefficient within a certain temperature range.
4J36 is mainly applicable to the glass sealing alloys which is sealed with hard glass, soft glass and ceramics. It belongs to low expansion alloy.The states has one-quarter hard state, two/four hard states, three/four hard states, hard state and soft five kinds of silk materials; the soft state is less than 585MPA, and the hard state is greater than 860MPA.
