Answer:If sample on stock will be free,frieght should be paid by customer,it takes3-4 working days.If sample need to custom,the sample fee will be generated,it takes 5-7 working days.(Remark:custom sample cost will refundable after bulk order)

2. Question:How did customer got the new design and new samples?

Answer:We have own professional designer team,CAD somputer design and plate making that 7 days can finished new samples with customer design.

3.Question:How to pay the sample fee?

1. Question: How long does shipping door to door?

Answer: In General,DHL,UPS,TNT:3-5days,Fedex:5-7days,and we will try to find the cheapest express company for you.

2.Question:When the cargo will be delivered?
