1.What is your MOQ? 

Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. 

2.Can I get samples? 

Sure. We usually provide exsting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.

3. Can I mix different models in one container?

 A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.

4.How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.

5.How long is the production lead time? 

It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design? 

We have our own designer in house. So you can provide AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

7. How many colors are available? 

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. 

8.Which kinds of certificate would you have? 

LFGB

9.What is your payment term? 

Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% aganist copy of B/L.
