Q1. Is GCL a manufacturer or a trading company?
Manufacturer. GCL has been a professional LED screen manufacturer for more than 21 years, since 1999. Our factory covers more than 100,000 square feet and we are staffed with about 300 employees.
Q2. How long is the warranty?
The standard warranty is 3 years. It could be longer upon request.
Q3.What is your payment terms?
Payment terms:30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shipment.
Q4. What is the delivery time?
Usually 12-15 working days after payment of deposit. Less than a week for our best sales because we always keep about 500 square meters in stock.
Q5. What technical supports can GCL offer?
We provide all kinds of technology trainings for free, including the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in our factory. All operation manuals, software, test reports , CAD drawings of the steel structure and instruction of installing the cabinets and connecting the signal/power cables can be provided for free. If required, GCL can send an engineer team to the country of the customer to instruct the installation.

Our standard controlling system is Novastar which is the most famous and popular system in the market. We can also provide other control systems such as Colorlight, Linsn, Xixun, Onbon, etc.
Q7. Do you provide any free spare parts in each order?
Yes, a certain amount of spare parts will be provided for free, spare parts including module, power cable,signal cable, LED diod, IC, module mask, power supply, receiving card, etc.
