Established in 1988 ,Xiquan foam company limited covers an area of more than 70,000 square meters, our main business is making furniture used foam. After 30 years development, Xiquan now has three continuous foam producing lines , and daily production capacity is 1000 meters foam blocks. We have 150 skilled works, 10 senior foaming engineers, and a group of young and energetic sales team. By horizontal and vertical cutting machines, the foam are cut into rolls and small blocks and sent to local furniture factories,  We are considered as one of the biggest foam supplier in North of China.

Kaneman , our mattress brand, was registered in 2005. As springs are the important part of mattress making, kaneman makes great effort on spring production. We have the basic continuous spring, bonnell spring and advanced pocket spring lines.  The durable steel wire and new heat treatment technology make super performance on mattress compression, which is highly praised by our clients. 
Kaneman keeps investing in new technology to make environmental friendly mattress,, we brought in hot-melt glue and water-based roller adhesive machine, to ensure our mattress healthy and does not 

have chemical smell. We also have our own professional quilting work shop, ten sets of multi-needle

 quilting machines and computerized single-needle machine, make all the mattress cover design 

easy and convenient.

One of the other key improvements is the new automatically compression machine, it is widely used in rolled compression and also folding rolled compression.

16 CFR Part 1633 is used to evaluate the fire progression and energy output in a mattress or a mattress set when subjected to an ignition source approximate to burning bed clothes.
16 CFR Part 1633 is a federal standard in USA and all manufactured or imported mattresses and mattress sets must meet this standard.
As anti-fire mattresses are more and more required by many countries, Xiquan's R&D team are more concerned by this standard. Early in the year 2007, Xiquan Longer tested three modals of fire-retardant mattresses, including tight top mattress, pillow top mattress and euro pillow top mattress, which are commonly exported to the US market.
Xiquan Longer mattresses have several prototype exported to France and Germany subjected to EN597-1 and EN597-2.
