A1: We’re a professional high-tec wireless audio manufacturer since 2007, partnering the world’s famous brands, like the Westinghouse, AEG, Defender…etc. Welcome to visit us, just 20 mins drive from the Bao’an International Airport.
Q2 : How can I proceed if we want to place order with you?
A2: Our sales team will help guide you through all the way to complete purchase. Firstly, they will help ask your request in details and quote back for your reference. Secondly, if the offer sounds good to you and you want to test. Thirdly, they will open a sample PI with our bank details for you to proceed accordingly. Once the payment received, we will proceed the sample prototype and take photos for you to approve before the shipment. When you receiving the sample and running test, if it performs well and you’re satisfied with it, ready to place order, then our sales rep. will open a PI for you to proceed like the sample order flow. If any modifications need to be made on the sample, sure, we will re-prototype till it looks good to you before the bulk order. We begin the production soon once receive your deposit.
Q3: What is your payment terms?
A3: We support from 30% to 100% deposit to arrange production and the rest to be paid before shipment, depending on different situations.
Q4: What payment modes do you offer?
A4: We usually accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal. And the L/C at sight when it’s necessary for volume orders.
Q5: Can we put our logo on the headphones and any additional cost ?
A5: Yes, your custom logo can be put on the headphones for branding & marketing purpose. Sometimes if the order quantity is large enough to reach the MOQ, we offer it for FREE.
Q6: How do you ensure the quality of headphones?
A6: We firmly believe that only happy customers come back. So we have a complete strict quality control system, to make sure that every headphone shipped out from our factory is well inspected and with good quality.
Q7: How do you pack the headphones?
A7: Normally, they’re packed in bubble bags or inbox brown paper boxes. If any additional requirements, we offer customized package solutions as well.
Q8: What’s your product warranty and after-sales service?
A8: We offer one-year warranty for our whole product lines and offer sales consultant support for any technical issues.
Q9: How long will it take to get my order?
A9: If the stock is available, then it can be shipped within one week. If with customized order and no stock available, it will usually takes 15-25 working days after order take-in, depending on different products, requirements and seasons.
