CJF series high pressure stainless steel stirring reactor is a gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid or gas-liquid-solid three-phase chemical raw material of a chemical reaction stirring device. It can make a variety of chemical substances in high pressure, vacuum, temperature conditions are fully stirred to enhance the mass transfer and heat transfer process.

 

Product Features:

The high pressure autoclave adopts static sealing structure, and the magnetic stirrer is used to connect the stirrer and the motor drive. Because of its non-contact transmission torque, the static seal replaces the dynamic seal, which completely solves the problems of mixing and leakage, and makes the whole medium and stirring components. It is completely in the state of absolute sealing, therefore, it is more suitable for a variety of flammable, explosive, highly toxic, valuable medium and other chemical medium with strong penetrating power for stirring reaction, which is petroleum, chemical, organic synthesis, high It is a non-leakage reaction device with the most ideal reaction such as sulfurization, fluorination, and oxidation in the polymerization of molecular materials and foods.
