Product Description
Hydraulic briquette press machine can compress and make molding of various mineral powder, metal powder, pulverized coal, coke powder and other materials. Since the roller is forced to extrusion, the final product has three high densities, high strength and high strength and high hardness. Working principle of hydraulic briquette press machine

Feeding Part
The feeding part is mainly used to achieve ration feeding so as to ensure that the materials can be fed into the rollers uniformly.Specifically,the screw feeder,driven by electromagnetic speed adjustable motor,presses materials into the main feeding port compulsively by means of the belt pulley and worm reducer.Owing to constant torque,the motor can keep constant feeding pressure,ensuring stable briquette quality.
Drive Part
The main drive system of the hydraulic ball press machine is composed of motor,triangle belt,reducer,exposed gear and rollers.The power generated by the electromagnetic speed-adjustable motor transmits to the driving shaft through belt pulley,reducer and coupler,and the driving shaft will turn synchronously with the driven shaft by the exposed gear.

The core of the briquette molding part is the rollers.Through rollers,the raw materials can be compressed into briquettes with various shapes.In addition, the rollers feature overload protection,hence keeping sound quality.

Raw materials&final products
A: Coal/coke/charcoal powder.
B: Metal powder: Iron powder, magnesium oxide powder, copper powder, chromium ore, lead, zinc scrap, bauxite, nonferrous metal powder, silicon manganese alloy powder etc.
C: Mineral powder: aluminum powder, toner, gypsum, sludge, desulphurization gypsum powder etc
D: Size of materials: less than 1 mm, should be controlled between 30-40%; between 1-2 mm, should be 30-40%; the max size should be no bigger than 3 mm, with 20%.
E: Moisture of material: should be in 8-12%.
F: Not allowed: slad or other massive sundries with high hardness, or the roll and splindle will be demaged.
G: Agglomerant or other additives(e.g. dedulfurizer): should be prepared by users in accordance with coal type and the operating environment(or supplied by the supplier through consulation).
