LDPE is a low-density PE material widely uses high-pressure molding to produce agricultural films and blown film bags. Producing process is simple, while appearance is soft. Service life is about 2-3 years.
HLL is the first factory to use nylon as material of synthetic thatch. Most of our thatch is made of nylon material. Their service life reach more than 18 years.

Material reinforcement, extrusion, blister, cutting, quality inspection, packaging, shipment.
DELIVERY
Package and delivery of palm thatch.
INSTALLATION
1. Pick up a palm leaf.
2. Fold in half along the fold line on the front.
3. Put the palm leaves on the roof. The palm
leaf and the roof overlap by 25cm, leaving 4
2cm hanging over the eaves.
4. Fix the palm leaves on the roof with 4
screws.
5. Take the second palm leaf.Leave overlap
2CM between 2pcs palm. In the overlapping
part, the second piece is under the first one
to prevent water leakage. Secure the
palm fronds to the roof with screws.
6. If the length of the palm leaves exceeds
the width of the roof, use scissors to cut the
palm leaves short.
7. Move up 20CM to fix second row of palm
leaves.
8. By this method, fix palm leaves onto the
whole roof.
