The most of products are in stock. We can send the goods out within 3 days after payment received. For the goods are out of stock,
production time is about 7-10 days.
2. Do you offer other relevant items?
Yes we do. We are offering barcode scanner, thermal receipt printer, magnetic card reader, data collector and Pos system.
3. If the goods are damaged badly, who is responsible for it?
We will be responsible for the damaged goods when it is damaged during transport, and we can exchange the new goods for you.
4. How do I know that you have sent the products out?
Once the products are sent out, a tracking number will be provided so that you can check where your goods at all times
5. How will you control product quality?
We strictly control every detail of production, and every product is inspected by our QC team before delivery.
6.Can you send samples for confirmation? Are they free?
Yes, of course, but sample fee is not for free.
