SEAC-63A uses C type six guide rail custom precision mechanical press. The hardware and software of the whole production line adopt mechatronics design. The whole automatic production line is mainly composed of feeder, press, stacker and scrap system. The integrated electrical control cabinet of the three units of feeder, press and waste system adopts independent system design, which is safe and anti-interference. The touch screen is hung on the left side of the press, which is convenient for operation and does not occupy space. The electrical cabinet of the stacker is installed on one side of the stacker and independently controls all parameter setting and operation of the stacker. The PLC program logic of the whole production line matches perfectly, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the whole machine and the rationality of the program control logic, and makes it more intelligent and humanized.

There are four models of Aluminum Foil Feeder: Common Version C, Common Embossing Version E, Smooth Wall Version S and Flexo Flagship Version P.
Aluminum Foil Container Stacker
Auto Stacker adopts aluminum profile structure, and the belt adopts Two-Stage structure, which is conducive to the production of aluminum foil container with high speed, stability and no blockage. Panasonic Sensor for Product Detection Out from mould, Detection Moving, Fiber Counting and SMC lifting control are automatically controlled by Mitsubishi PLC program, Independent intelligent control system is convenient, safe and reliable. The height adjustment of belt is flexible and convenient.

A: We gurantee a period of 24 months from the date of machine & mould installation and setting to work.
2.Q: What about leadtime ?
A: Normally the leadtime is 60days after we receive the deposit and confirm the details. All the press machines we use is the best quality in China Yangli brand. The press machine leadtime from Yangli is 50days, the best leadtime we can give is 60days.
3.Q: What's the lead time for moulds?
A: Normally the mould leadtime is 45 days after we confirm all the details with customer. Our professional mechanical enginners from Austria will design the mould according to the samples from customer, or by the specifications offered by customers.
4.Q:What kinds of mould you can make? and what is your strong point for the moulds?
A: we can make wrinkle wall mould and smooth wall mould both. For wrinkle wall mould we can make, 7-9" pan, fish pan, bbq pan. For smooth wall mould we can make muffin cup, and cake cup, tar cup,etc. We can also make 2 or 3 and 4 compartment conatiner moulds as long as you offer us sample or specifications.
5: How to purchase raw material or lubricating oil?
