Thermocouple is a part that is working from thermo energy converse into electrical energy. It mainly functions as a provider of continuous electrical energy for magnet. It will stop providing electrical energy for magnet when the flame is put out by external factors, then the magnet acts so that the gas valve is closed, which prevent the danger from gas leakage.

Technical Characteristics

(1) Thermal potential

heat characters: the temperature of thermocouple on flame is 600-700 and the heat potential should≥25mv

cool characters: the temperature of thermocouple on flame is 600-700. The heat potential should be≤1.5mv when heated for 5min and then cut off the power.

Work temperature: the top temperature is lower than 700 and the other parts higher than 125

(2) Inner resistance

according to its type and length, the tolerance is ±3mΩ as requested.
