Question1: What is the material of the products?

Ansewer: Natural bamboo.

Question2:  Are samples available? How about the samples time and fee?

Ansewer: It will be ready for 7-15 days. The sample will be sent you by express, you can use our own express acount or prepay for us if you don't have an account.

Question3: Are your samples free or need cost?

Ansewer: Actually it depends on the products. For low value prodecuts, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples it need sample cost and freight cost. Please confirm that all sample cost can be refunded after order placed.

Question4: How long will you delivery the products?

Ansewer: 20 days after receipt your 30% T/T deposit.

Question5: What is the payment term you receipt?

Ansewer: Payment term is by T/T, 30% as deposit in advance and balance 70% shoule be paid when goods ready to ship or LC at sight.
