Reply:We are professional manufacturing factory, and the company belongs to integration of industry and trade.
2.Can I get samples before order? What is the MOQ of the customized quantity?
Reply: Yes,We provide samples of conventional products for free. you only need to pay for shipping fee.Custom products MOQ is
3000sets. The exact quantity depends on the different product type.Private customization just needs to pay $35 for proofing fee,
and logo can be printed. The proofing fee can be refunded after customizing the bulk product. Contact customer service for
details.
3.How long does it take for samples to be shipped? How long will it take to arrive?
Reply: In stock will be dispatched within 10 days, private samples will take 15-20 days. We generally use DHL express, which
usually arrives 5-10 days after dispatch.
4.How long will it take for bulk shipments? How long will it take to arrive?
Reply: Our normal production capacity is very high and the exact time depends on different brush types and quantities. Our normal
lead time is about 35-55 days. Compared with cosmetic brush factory, we have great advantages in quality control and price.
