1.Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

    A: We are a professional manufacturing factory, we are able to provide you the best OEM/ODM service.

 2. Q: Can I put my design logo on the product?

    A: Of course, we can put your own logo on your item.Usually we print the logo by thermal transfer. Please send us your logo design for sampling.

3.Q: Can I get a lower price if I place a large order?

    A: Yes, bigger orders are cheaper.

4. Q: Can I get samples before bulk ordering? What is your sample policy?

   A: Yes, we are happy to make samples for you to test before you place a large order. Because this is our first collaboration with everyone other. We will charge a fee for each sample. But the sample fee is just a symbol, we will return it to you for the next bulk order.

 5.Q: If I change my mind, can I add or remove items from the order?
