1. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

2. What is your terms of payment?

Usually,we accept T/T,irrevocable L/C at sight.For regular orders, Terms of payment 30% deposit,the balance payment against B/L copy.

3. What is the lead time?

 It usually takes 30 to 35 days after sample/artwork confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

4. What is your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons.If is fragile we will make wooden frame.and we also can according to your requirements.

5. What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

6. How to solve the quality problems after sales?

Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.

7. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

MOQ is 1200 pcs, 1pc for sample checking is available.

8. Is it OK to print my logo on product?

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
